Hi everyone! My name is Nicole and this is my first blog post ever!!! I started Balancing Life because I wanted a place to talk about my fitness, food, and life journey.
Something about me: I LOVE food. I love snacking. I love cooking.
All of those tend to hinder my progress towards my fitness goals. At the same time, I want to be fit, I want to be healthier, and I think sometimes the way I eat (and sometimes how busy my schedule is) hinders that a little bit. I know that a love of food and being healthy are not mutually exclusive. That’s how Balancing Life came around. This is my place for storing tips and tricks, and tracking my fitness journey. Hopefully, I’ll have some tasty snacks to share along the way too.
